Recent Improvements

In recent years, Brandy's Island Marina has undertaken a number of projects that have allowed us to update a number of our facilities in order to improve the overall experience of all our boaters.

• March 2006 - Installed new 35 tonne travel Lift
  - Accommodates boats up to 45 ft
• April 2007 - New dock built
  - Accommodates 25 boats up to 55 ft in length
• June 2007 - Built new Gazebo overlooking water
• January 2009 - New 60 tonne hydraulic lift installed
  - Accommodates boats up to 55 ft
• April 2009 - Upgraded docks
  - While we constantly upgrade our docks, we also redesigned all dock ramps
• May 2009 - Increased customer service
  - Brandy's Island Marina staff are on call 24hrs
• May 2009 - Expansion of services
  - Expanded our services to include boat washing, boat waxing, custom tarping, marine electrical services, additional mechanical services, internet
• July 2009 - Built new Office/Coffee Room
  - Open from 8am to 11am.

Upcoming Improvements to Brandy's Island Marina

Fall 2009

• New washroom and shower facilities
• Expansion to Shop
• Routine upgrade of docks
• High-Speed Internet Access

Spring 2010

• Install new dock to accommodate 25 boats 30 to 35 ft in length
• Floating Store - Open Friday 4 - 8, Saturday 8 - 8, Sunday 8 -8. We will sell basic boating products and likely sell non-perishable food
• Routine upgrade of docks
